OmniTravo started in 2023 with a question: why does planning a 7-day trip feel like running a small project? We thought planning should be the fun part. So we built the app we wished we had.

We met on a Japan trip that had 11 spreadsheets, 4 group chats, and a printout of a Google Doc. Somewhere between Fushimi Inari and Gion Karyo, we agreed: there had to be a better way.
OmniTravo is what we built next. A small app that does one thing well — keep a trip together. Itineraries, bookings, packing, places, and people all in the same calm place. Built carefully, for people who travel twice a year or twice a month.
We’re a small team in San Francisco and Lisbon. We answer every email. We ship slowly and on purpose.
